The seminar,
which is part of a traveling “East Africa Cadastral Seminar
Series,” was co-organized by ESRI of Redlands, California;
Swedesurvey, the international arm of the Swedish National Land
Survey; International Land Systems of Virginia; and Oakar Services
of Nairobi. The Ethiopian seminar was coordinated by ECA and
Information Systems Services. It was attended by about 60
participants from various government and non-government agencies
involved in land administration.
