International Association of Geodesy
The International Association of Geodesy (IAG)
is a scientific organization in the field of geodesy. It promotes scientific
cooperation and research in geodesy on a global scale and contributes to it
through its various research bodies. It is an active member of the
International Association of Geodesy and Geophysics (IUGG) which itself is a
member of the International Council for Science (ICSU).
The International GNSS Service (IGS)
The International GPS Service (IGS) is a
voluntary federation of more than 200 worldwide agencies that pool resources
and permanent GPS station data to generate precise GPS products.

Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs
The United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA) is the United
Nations office responsible for promoting international cooperation in the
peaceful uses of outer space. The Office serves as the secretariat for the
General Assembly's only committee dealing exclusively with international
cooperation in the peaceful uses of outer space
